Hi!!! This is the first time actually introducing myself! How rude!

My name is Brooke! I am 34, wife to “the man candy,” mother of 3 (11.10,7), avid white claw enthusiast, vintage golfer, sailer by speech, but also fun, loyal, driven and tend to get creative!

Oh, by the way, I was on the show, The Real Housewives of Orange County, where I dropped a donut tower on camera. Yes it aired, yes it was on the previews.

Man I am so grateful that I got that out of the way!

I have been baking for 7 years! I am self taught but learned quickly! I would always get asked to show how to make things so I sheared many tutorials where people were able to advance their craft!   Seeing their creations has been so rewarding, but I noticed my passion for the grind shifted.

So that is how we got here!  I still create desserts for clients, but on a smaller scale. It allows me to still be creative, but also sane.  I have found SO MUCH JOY in helping other people improve their businesses or party decor and feel that teaching is the best way to touch the most people!

I have held many online classes. I am always available for my students and truly hope they gain the most knowledge possible.
